Enera Enterprises has submitted a DP application to the City of Vancouver for permission to develop a new stacked townhouse project for 30,111 sf site on 568-592 W24th Ave. Our planned 40 units range from approximately 540sf – 1230sf in a three-storey building with one level of underground parking.
