We are pleased to announce that one of our holdings, located at 12111 Bridgeport Road Richmond, has changed hand to a reputable buyer at the end of 2019. It has been a pleasure working together with all the tenants since we originally acquired the property in 2014.
Located in the Cambie Corridor district, this development project will bring 40 new households to the neighborhood of South Cambie. The Enera Development team is currently at the stage of reviewing architectural drawings with the City of Vancouver.
As we continue to provide quality services to our tenants, we are in the process of upgrading our HVAC systems.
